Teacher Roda is a dedicated Special Education teacher and a Qualified Autiam Services Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT), and Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT). She develops and implements individualized ABA programs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that promote communication, independence, and positive behavior, helping every child reach their full potential.
